IN NO EVENT SHALL UBG'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO UBG IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UBG and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your infringement of any third-party rights
